“Mr. Tjandra has a land in Pecatu, and it was his dream from children to have a tourism business in Bali, the God Island in Indonesia. We already took a place and have an idea how the building will build, we try to maximize the land with house building without too much bothering the landscape around the land,  we divide the land into three separates house with also three stories, and a pool in the backyard, so Mr. Tjandra can sell their business to every client with proud.”
