“This arcade concept inspired by future design scheme of rectangular cube where have a geometric corner shapes as its characteristic. The Arcade consist of store that have a commercial function, with large parking area, so the visitor can buy and used to served by the arcade itself comfortly. Mr. Santiawan have a vision to build one stop shopping solution, but has a simple commercial system and easy to maintain, on his big and wide land he has in Ungasan. The building height is topped at 14 meter with more that 10 meter height of the iconic sculptural structure in the south area of the U Square. This arcade is definetly the biggest commercial store we ever made.”
